About
Wildflowers' Therapy, LLC

Wildflowers tend to grow everywhere despite their environment and surrounding circumstances. They grow in deserts, rain forests, wetlands, high altitudes, and even right after forest fires. After trauma, they grow and thrive.

Wildflowers' Therapy is a metaphor used to describe how we often do not have control of the trauma we experience or the life circumstances that cause us to feel as if life is uprooting, scorching, and drowning us, but just as a wildflower, we can still thrive.

Wildflowers' Therapy, LLC, is a place where space is held to help those who may be hurting and struggling. It is a space to instill encouragement and equip with the tools and knowledge needed to manage life's challenges. Wildflowers' Therapy strives to provide support, guidance, knowledge, and facilitate hope through therapy and mentorship, while also raising awareness of varying mental health related topics through community education.

Welcome! My name is Kilondra Davis, and I’m the founder of Wildflowers’ Therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and a National Certified Counselor. More importantly, I’m someone who deeply values creating safe, supportive, renewing spaces where people can heal and grow.

I thoroughly enjoy helping others, whether that be by providing therapy to assist others navigate life's challenges, providing mentorship to other mental health professionals, or by providing community education to equip communities with tools and knowledge to overcome mental health challenges.

In my work, I specialize in supporting those who are carrying the weight of complex trauma. Many of the individuals I work with have histories of childhood trauma, experiences of sexual abuse or assault, or have been in unhealthy or abusive relationships. These experiences can leave lasting wounds — often showing up as feelings of shame, low self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, depression, or struggles in relationships. My goal is to help clients untangle the impact of those experiences so they can reclaim their sense of self, and not feel defined by the wounds.

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create a path forward that honors your unique story and needs. I see therapy as a journey of rediscovery — learning to release what no longer serves you, strengthening your inner resilience, and finding peace in who you are today. It is one of the greatest privileges of my work to witness clients move from surviving to truly living again.

I treat my clients as wildflowers, delicate but yet strong. I would be honored for you to allow me to help you along your journey.
