The first step is scheduling a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation by reaching out through the contact form. During our conversation we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, review insurance and fees, answer your questions, and determine whether Wildflowers' Therapy is the right fit for your needs.If you are wanting to move forward after the consultation call, we will schedule your first appointment during the call. The intake paperwork will be emailed to you and you will be asked to complete it prior to the first appointment.
For individual therapy, I accept several insurance plans through a third-party billing partner. If your insurance is verified, you'll simply be responsible for your copay or applicable cost-share.Accepted plans vary by state. Self-pay clients are welcomed. If your insurance is out of network, a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided.Please visit the Insurance & Fees page or contact us if you're unsure whether your plan is accepted.
