Is Insurance Accepted?
For individual therapy, I do accept certain insurances—please see the list below for accepted plans. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help.
Couples therapy sessions and Family sessions are available at a private self-pay rate, which allows me to provide the flexibility and care these sessions often require. The rate is $135 per 50-minute session. While I do not bill insurance directly for these sessions, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Aetna, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare, & United Medical Resources (UMR) insurances are accepted. I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. I do not accept insurances directly. I work with a third party organization to allow me to accept the insurances above. If your provider is verified, I will bill through the third party organization and you would only be charged your co-payment for the appointment. Out of Network billing is also offered and a Superbill is provided for your insurance reimbursement.
